Nick Corker
Technical Support Manager and Director
Nick joined Complete Fabrication in 1990 after working for many years as a Modelmaker and Technician for another London effects company. His invaluable experience and know-how has helped shape the good reputation of the company over the years. His strengths particularly lie in problem solving and exceptional attention to detail.
Nick has a wealth of experience managing client accounts, modelmaking, rig building and leading as a senior technician on commercials shoots. His drive for quality means he is always mindful of getting the best outcome for our clients.
With a keen interest in contemporary art, and Nick's studies in 3D design and object conservation, he is well placed to offer both a technical and creative eye on all aspects of model making and effects work.
Niall Stuchfield

An experienced IT and multimedia specialist, with modelmaking and fabrication expertise. Niall offers a range of creative skills to ensure each client project reaches the high quality standard demanded. His project management and client service skills enhance the consultation and collaboration process with each client to support the unrivalled quality which Complete Fabrication offers.
Josephine Pickett-Baker
Founder
Josephine has a background in both bespoke fabrication and company management. As a model maker she founded Complete Fabrication in 1989. Her practical background has brought a culture of superior quality control and delivery to the company’s vast portfolio of work. In more recent years Josephine achieved an MBA from Imperial College Business School. Josephine has a personal interest in, and knowledge of, environmental issues, for which she is gaining recognition in the press and is further developing with her current PhD study in Innovation Adoption.
